Rose Keller serves as the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Programs Manager and Outpatient (OP) Group Facilitator, overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and the Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP). In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Rose facilitates therapeutic group sessions as part of the Outpatient Treatment Program, offering a structured and supportive environment for individuals on the path to recovery.
With seven years of experience in the behavioral health field—and four of those committed to Peace Healthcare Services, —Rose brings a deep well of clinical and programmatic knowledge to her work. Her background includes experience as an IOP and PHP group therapist, individual counselor, Abuser Intervention Program facilitator, and Maryland DUI Education Group facilitator.
Rose earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Behavioral Health from the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) – Essex. She is a Certified Supervised Counselor–Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD) credentialed by the Maryland Board and is also a Certified Medical Assistant through the Medix School of Towson.
